Alana is my life savior! She has taught me so much about business and accounting and helped me understand how to do business and how to save like no one ever tried! When I first met Alana Bass I was completely underwater when it came to managing my books.   There was employee theft that I didn't realize because my bookkeeping was in disarray and I had just undergone an IRS audit and owed a ton of back taxes because my old accountant had been doing everything wrong.   I had a bookkeeper but apparently there’s a right way and a wrong way to account for things and Alana tirelessly straightened the whole mess out and then taught my bookkeeper how to properly enter things so that I’d know which of our services were making money.  We own a non-profit and a for profit business which both interact with each other and there are very specific rules and regulations that fall into place when it comes to legally operating them.   When my bookkeeper left, Alana showed me how she could take on this task for substantially less than I was paying my employee and now my books are in good order for less than I was paying before.   But her expertise doesn’t end there.   She also does my personal taxes and she showed me how to structure my company’s financials to minimize taxes and make our take home pay so much more than it had ever been before.   Alana is a life saver!
